Payment & Insurance
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We gladly accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and financing options available.
- Have dental insurance? We’ll handle the paperwork and submit claims on your behalf. Patients with insurance are responsible for their co-pay at the time of service.
- Need help managing costs for more extensive treatment? We offer CareCredit and Cherry financing options, including interest-free plans for qualified applicants.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer that time to another patient in need.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
